2. Standard 30-Day Production Cycle

Pattern Grading: Creating the digital blueprint for sizes S-XXL ensures consistent fit across the whole batch.
Pre-Production Sample: We make one "Gold Sample." This is the master copy. If you change your mind after this is approved, the clock resets.

4. Assembly and Branding

Once materials are cut, the production line moves fast. This is where your design comes to life.

Sublimation: Panels are printed using heat transfer. This is durable but requires precise calibration.
Stitching: Different stations handle collars, sleeves, and side seams simultaneously for efficiency.
Numbering/Names: Heat press numbers and player names are applied last to ensure they match the roster perfectly.
