STEP 01

Design & Digitization

Our in-house artists work with your logo and color palette to create a 2D visual mockup. We refine patterns, placement of crests, and sponsor logos until it's pitch-perfect.

STEP 02

Fabric Sourcing & Printing

We source premium European-grade knit fabrics. The design is printed onto large-format paper using sublimation inks, then heat-pressed onto the fabric at 200°C to gasify the ink.

STEP 03

Precision Cutting

Once the fabric is printed and cooled, it moves to the cutting room. Automated cutting machines ensure precision, reducing waste and ensuring panel alignment is perfect.

STEP 04

Stitching & Assembly

Expert tailors assemble the garment. We use 4-needle overlock machines for flat, durable seams that prevent chafing. Collars and cuffs are reinforced for longevity.

STEP 05

Quality Control & Dispatch

Every unit is inspected for loose threads, print clarity, and sizing accuracy. Once approved, kits are poly-bagged, boxed, and prepped for logistics.

  • Sublimated Numbers: Lightest option. Printed directly onto the fabric before sewing. Zero weight added.
  • Heat Press Vinyl (Tackle Twill look): Provides a slightly raised, premium texture. Extremely durable.
  • Embroidered Crests: For the club badge, embroidery adds a 3D texture that signifies heritage and prestige.
