The Sustainable Workflow
Sustainable Material Sourcing
We replace virgin polyester with Recycled Polyester (rPET), made from post-consumer plastic bottles. For natural fibers, we use Organic Cotton and Bamboo grown without pesticides or excessive water. These materials offer the same moisture-wicking and durable properties as traditional synthetics but with a fraction of the carbon footprint.
Low-Impact Dyeing & Sublimation
Traditional dyeing pollutes millions of gallons of water. We utilize Digital Sublimation for polyester, which uses heat to transfer ink without water runoff. For natural fabrics, we use low-impact dyes that are free from heavy metals and require less water to fix.
Zero-Waste Pattern Cutting
Our pattern markers are optimized digitally to maximize fabric usage. Any fabric scraps generated during cutting are collected and recycled into filling materials or insulation, ensuring that nothing goes to the landfill.
Ethical Packaging
We eliminate single-use plastics. Our garments are packed in biodegradable poly bags (made from cornstarch) or recycled paper boxes. Even our hangtags are printed on recycled cardstock with soy-based inks.
