Cotton-polyester blend fabric is an engineered textile that combines natural cotton fibers with synthetic polyester fibers in a single yarn and fabric construction. The result is a fabric that delivers cotton's softness, breathability, and natural hand feel alongside polyester's durability, shape retention, and reduced shrinkage.

Decoration Methods for Blends
Sublimation is out — but cotton-polyester blends offer excellent results with every other method.

Embroidery
The #1 decoration method for cotton-polyester blends — cotton fibers grip threads better than pure polyester, creating richer, more defined designs. Polo shirt logos, corporate crests, school emblems, and team badges all perform beautifully. Multi-thread color, 3D raised, and appliqué embroidery all work excellently.

Screen Printing
Works across all blend ratios — plastisol inks sit on the surface for bold, opaque graphics on any color fabric. Water-based inks penetrate slightly into cotton fibers for a softer hand feel. Ideal for sponsor logos, front chest marks, back numbers, and simple graphic designs up to 8 colors.

Heat Transfer / DTF
DTF (direct-to-film) works excellently on all cotton-polyester blends — the adhesive bonds to both fiber types. Produces photographic quality with a slight hand feel. Ideal for small orders, individual names, and complex artwork that would require too many screen colors. No minimums, fast setup.
