Every running fabric we produce receives anti-chafe hydrophilic finishing as standard — a post-knitting treatment that maintains low surface friction even when the fabric is fully saturated with sweat. Anti-Chafe Finish

Branding Running Garments
Sublimation dominates running — but reflective elements and minimalist screen printing play important supporting roles.
Full Sublimation
The #1 decoration method for running tees, singlets, and jackets — used for an estimated 85% of all branded running garments globally. On lightweight running fabric, sublimation produces exceptionally vibrant results because the fine filament structure accepts dye molecules even more readily than standard-weight jersey. Full-coverage designs, gradients, photographic elements — everything works. The sublimation adds zero weight and does not affect the fabric's wicking or breathability. For race-day kits, club uniforms, and branded running collections, sublimation is the default choice.
Reflective Elements
Not a branding method per se, but a critical decoration category for running. Reflective heat-transfer vinyl applied at 150–160°C adds small logos, strips, or geometric patterns that illuminate under headlights. For road-running garments, reflective elements should be considered mandatory — they're the difference between visible and invisible in low light. We supply reflective transfers that meet EN ISO 20471 Class 1 and 2 certification. Placement matters: front chest (small logo), back shoulders (larger strip), and back hem (visibility strip) are the standard positions. Reflective adds less than 1 gram per application.
Screen Printing
Used on running garments that aren't sublimated — primarily running shorts, tights, and woven jackets. Also used for minimalist-brand running tees where a single-color chest logo on a solid-color tee is the design language (think premium running brands like Tracksmith, District Vision, or Janji). On lightweight running fabric, use water-based inks only — plastisol is too heavy and stiff for 80–130 GSM fabric. Keep print areas small (chest logo, back neck) to avoid compromising the fabric's breathability and drape. Screen printing adds 2–5 grams depending on print size.

Climate Target
Hot (80–100 GSM, mesh-heavy), mild (120–140 GSM, balanced), cool (140–180 GSM, wind-resistant). Climate drives GSM more than anything else.
Material Choice
Polyester for tees and singlets (lightest, best wicking, sublimation-ready). Nylon for tights and fitted shorts (softer, more abrasion-resistant).
Ventilation Strategy
Solid jersey only, body-mapped mesh inserts, or full-mesh construction. Mesh placement should follow heat-zone mapping, not aesthetics.
