Introduction
This Sampling Policy applies to all wholesale sample requests for custom sportswear from Dhalay International. We provide high-quality samples to verified business clients to evaluate product quality, fit, fabric performance, and customization capabilities before placing bulk orders.
Samples help ensure complete satisfaction with our manufacturing standards. By requesting samples, buyers agree to our terms including sample costs, production timelines, and the non-refundable nature of sample charges.
Eligibility Requirements
Samples are available exclusively to verified wholesale buyers with legitimate business interests. To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Registered Business
Established retailers, distributors, sports clubs, or corporate clients with active operations
Business Verification
Company registration, tax ID, business license, or active business website required
Bulk Order Intent
Genuine intention to place minimum bulk orders after sample evaluation and approval
Sample Request Process
Follow these four steps to request and receive your custom sportswear samples:

Samples are provided at discounted rates (not free) to ensure serious wholesale commitment. All sample costs are non-refundable but fully creditable toward future bulk orders.
Standard jerseys, shorts, track pants without custom printing or embroidery
Full customization with sublimation printing, embroidery, logos, and custom labels
Special pricing for 5+ items with mixed sizes, colors, and product types
Payment terms: 100% advance required before sample production begins. Sample costs are credited toward bulk orders placed within 90 days of sample dispatch.
Production Timeline
Sample production begins after payment confirmation and design approval. Timelines vary based on customization complexity:
Basic Samples
Standard products without customization. Fabric cutting, stitching, and basic finishing.
Custom Samples
Products with sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, or custom labels.
Complex Customizations
Multi-process samples requiring special fabrics, advanced techniques, or multiple revisions.
Shipping & Delivery
Buyer pays all shipping costs. We offer the following delivery options for sample shipments:
Express Courier
DHL, FedEx, or UPS door-to-door service with full tracking. Cost: USD 25–60 depending on destination and weight.
Economy Air
Cost-effective air freight for non-urgent sample shipments. Lower cost option with tracking available. Pricing varies by destination.
Quality Assurance
Every sample undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch. We inspect the following parameters:
Construction Check
Stitching quality, seam strength, measurements, and overall garment construction
Fabric Testing
Fabric quality, weight (GSM), colorfastness, shrinkage, and performance properties
Customization Accuracy
Printing alignment, embroidery precision, color matching, label placement, and detail fidelity
Sample Usage Terms
Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and remain the property of Dhalay International until bulk payment is received:
No Resale Permitted
Samples cannot be resold, used commercially, or distributed to third parties
Quantity Limit
Maximum 3–5 samples per buyer per month to ensure fair access for all clients
Credit or Return
Samples must be credited toward bulk production or returned upon request
Important Notes
- Request review — We reserve the right to decline sample requests without legitimate bulk order intent
- 90-day credit window — Sample costs are credited only toward bulk orders placed within 90 days of sample dispatch
- Accurate shipping info — Provide complete and accurate shipping addresses to avoid delays or additional charges
- Timeline adjustments — Production timelines may extend due to design revisions, material sourcing, or custom fabric development
- Design ownership — Custom designs, logos, and artwork provided by the buyer remain the buyer's intellectual property
