Introduction
This Shipping Policy applies to all wholesale and bulk orders placed with Dhalay International. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium sportswear and custom performance apparel based in Sialkot, Pakistan, we ship globally to retailers, distributors, and business clients across 40+ countries.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the shipping terms, estimated delivery timelines, and responsibilities outlined in this policy. Please note that delivery estimates begin after production, quality checks, and order confirmation — not from the date the order is placed.
Shipping Methods
Wholesale buyers may choose from the following shipping options depending on order size, urgency, and destination. Our team provides guidance and cost estimates to help you select the most suitable method.
Air Freight
5–12 Business DaysIdeal for urgent bulk orders and smaller pallet shipments. Transit time depends on weight and destination; charges vary accordingly. Cost-effective for mid-size orders requiring faster delivery than sea freight.
Sea Freight
25–40 Business DaysMost cost-effective option for large-volume or full container shipments. Delivery times depend on port availability, shipping route, and customs clearance. Best for high-quantity orders with flexible timelines.
International Courier
3–10 Business DaysReliable door-to-door service via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or EMS. Best suited for smaller bulk orders and sample shipments requiring fast, trackable delivery direct to your warehouse or office.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Production time, customization, and quality control are not included in these estimates.
- Air Freight: 5–12 business days depending on destination and carrier schedule
- International Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–10 business days door-to-door
- Sea Freight: 25–40 business days depending on shipment size, port, and destination
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Dhalay International's control. Such delays are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.
International Shipping
Dhalay International ships worldwide to wholesale buyers. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and order size.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country's import regulations, including any required licenses, certifications, or documentation for sportswear and textile imports.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs quoted by Dhalay International. Non-payment of duties may result in shipment delays, return to origin, or disposal by local customs authorities at the buyer's expense.
We recommend buyers consult their local customs office or a licensed customs broker for specific duty rates applicable to sportswear and textile imports before placing an order.
Packaging & Protection
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe international delivery. Individual garments are polybagged with size stickers, and bulk or palletized shipments include protective materials to minimize risk of damage during transit.

- Carton marking with order number, size ratio, and net/gross weight
- Palletized wrapping for sea freight and air freight bulk shipments
- Clear labeling with order details and shipping information for smooth customs clearance
Payment & Shipping Terms
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, destination, and chosen shipping method. Buyers will receive a detailed shipping quote along with the proforma invoice before any payment is required.
Payment Structure
Full payment required before production begins. Suitable for sample orders and small starter batches.
50% advance at order confirmation, remaining 50% before shipment dispatch.
Orders will be dispatched only after full compliance with payment terms. Title of goods remains with Dhalay International until full payment is received and cleared.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for courier and air freight shipments after dispatch, allowing real-time monitoring through the carrier's tracking portal. Our team shares tracking details via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.
For sea freight or bulk container shipments, tracking may be limited to bill of lading (B/L) number and container status, which will be provided by our freight forwarding partner upon request.
Important Notes
- Verify all details — Ensure shipping addresses, contact person, phone number, and postal codes are 100% accurate before order confirmation
- Third-party liability — Dhalay International is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect information provided by the buyer
- Special instructions — Any special shipping requirements, delivery scheduling, or warehouse instructions must be communicated at the time of order placement
- Inspection rights — Buyers may arrange third-party inspection at our facility before shipment, at the buyer's own cost and scheduling
- Force majeure — Events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, port closures, trade restrictions) may affect delivery timelines without liability
