How to Measure for Custom Sportswear
Accurate measurements ensure the best fit for your custom teamwear, private label sportswear, or OEM athletic apparel orders.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, typically above the belly button.
Hip
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, approximately 8 inches below the waist.
Body Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck) down to your desired garment length.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam to your wrist with your arm slightly bent at the elbow.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch point to the bottom of the ankle bone for pants, shorts, and leggings.
