PRINTING METHODS

Decoration Options for Your Sportswear

We match the right decoration method to your design, fabric, quantity, and budget. Here is what each method delivers.

Sublimation Printing

The primary method for team uniforms and complex designs. Ink bonds directly into the polyester fibers — not sitting on top like other methods.

  • Unlimited colors at no extra cost
  • All-over edge-to-edge printing
  • Will not crack, peel, or fade
  • Breathable — does not block fabric pores
  • Best for polyester fabrics above 80%

Screen Printing

Cost-effective for bold, simple designs with limited colors. Thick ink layer sits on top of the fabric for a vibrant, opaque result.

  • Best for 1–6 color designs
  • Lower unit cost at high quantities
  • Works on all fabric types
  • High-opacity white on dark fabrics
  • Setup fee per color applies

Embroidery

Thread-based decoration for a premium, textured finish. Ideal for club crests, brand logos on chest or sleeve, and small identification marks.

  • Premium textured appearance
  • Extremely durable — outlasts the garment
  • Up to 15 thread colors per design
  • One-time digitization fee
  • Best for logos under 10cm

Heat Transfer & Vinyl

Pre-cut or pre-printed designs applied with heat and pressure. Used for individual player names, numbers, and sponsor logos.

  • Individual personalization
  • No minimum per design
  • Good for player names & numbers
  • Reflective and metallic options
  • Fast turnaround on reorders
WHY US

Why Brands Choose Us for Sportswear

Specific advantages for brands that need custom sportswear — not generic apparel manufacturing.

Direct Factory — No Trading Company

We own the machines, employ the operators, and control the schedule. When you message us, you are talking to the production floor — not a sales agent who outsources to an unknown factory. This means faster responses, accurate timelines, and no hidden margins.

Photo & Video Proof at Every Stage

You receive visual updates at fabric inspection, after cutting, during printing, mid-stitching, and after final QC. Catch issues before they become problems — without flying to Pakistan.

Sportswear-Specific Expertise

We do not make dresses, handbags, or home textiles. Sportswear is our only focus. Our team understands mesh ventilation zones, flatlock seam placement for chafing prevention, and the difference between a training fit and a match-day fit. See our gym wear capabilities

Low MOQ Built for Brand Launches

Most sportswear factories require 300–500 pieces minimum. We start at 30 pieces per style, per color. Order a full size run in one colorway, test it with your audience, then scale what sells. Learn about low MOQ production

HOW IT WORKS

Custom Sportswear Manufacturing Process

From your first message to branded garments at your warehouse — here is exactly what happens at each stage.

STEP 1

Design & Specification Review

Send your tech pack, vector artwork, or reference images. We assess feasibility, recommend fabrics, and suggest construction improvements. You receive a detailed quotation within 24 hours covering fabric, printing, branding, and shipping.

STEP 2

Pattern Making & Sampling

Our pattern master creates digital patterns from your specs. A physical sample is cut, printed, and stitched for your review. You verify fit, fabric weight, print placement, and branding. Sampling takes 7–14 business days. Revisions included at no extra cost.

STEP 3

Fabric Sourcing & Inspection

After sample approval and 50% advance, we source or knit fabric to match your spec. Every roll is checked for GSM, width, color consistency, and defects before it enters the cutting room.

STEP 4

Printing, Cutting & Stitching

Sublimation panels are printed, cured, and cooled. Fabric is spread and cut using marker patterns for minimal waste. Stitching lines assemble the garment with the specified seam type. Photo updates sent at each sub-stage.

STEP 5

Quality Audit, Branding & Packing

Finished garments go through AQL 2.5 inspection. Custom labels, hang tags, and stickers are applied. Each piece is individually poly-bagged, grouped into inner cartons, then packed into master cartons with your custom print.

STEP 6

Shipping & Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin are prepared. Shipment sent via air freight 5–7 days or sea freight 25–35 days. Tracking number provided. If this is your first import, we walk you through customs clearance for your country.

FAQ

Custom Sportswear Manufacturing — FAQ

Direct answers from our production team about sportswear manufacturing.

What types of sportswear can you manufacture?

We manufacture football kits, basketball jerseys, cricket uniforms, rugby jerseys, baseball uniforms, hockey kits, training wear, tracksuits, compression gear, rash guards, and running apparel. Each product is fully customizable in design, fabric weight, color, and branding. If you have a specific garment type not listed here, send us a reference — we will assess feasibility.

What printing methods do you use for custom sportswear?

We offer four primary decoration methods:

Sublimation — Unlimited colors, all-over print, bonds into polyester fibers. Best for team kits and complex designs.

Screen printing — Cost-effective for 1–6 color designs on any fabric. Best for bold logos and high-quantity orders.

Embroidery — Thread-based, premium textured finish. Best for club crests and brand logos under 10cm.

Heat transfer & vinyl — Individual personalization for player names, numbers, and sponsor logos. Read our detailed printing guide

What is the minimum order quantity for custom sportswear?

Our MOQ starts at 30 pieces per style, per color. There is no total order minimum — you can order one style at 30 pieces or mix ten styles at 30 pieces each in a single shipment. This lets you offer a full size run (S through 2XL) from day one. See our low MOQ details

How long does custom sportswear production take?

Sampling: 7–14 business days from design approval.

Bulk production: 15–25 business days after sample approval and 50% advance payment. Timeline depends on order complexity and current production schedule.

Shipping: Air freight adds 5–7 days. Sea freight adds 25–35 days. We provide an accurate delivery estimate in every quotation.

Can you manufacture sportswear from my tech pack?

Yes. We work from detailed tech packs, flat sketches, or even reference photos from existing garments. Our pattern-making team translates your specifications into production-ready patterns with full size grading from XS to 4XL. If you do not have a tech pack, we can guide you on what information we need to start.

Do you offer sublimation printing for team uniforms?

Yes. Sublimation is our primary printing method for team uniforms. The ink bonds directly into the polyester fibers, which means: unlimited colors with no per-color fees, all-over edge-to-edge designs, no cracking or peeling even after hundreds of washes, and the print does not affect the fabric's breathability. Learn more about our sublimation process

Can I add custom branding to my sportswear order?

Yes. We provide complete private label services: custom woven main labels (brand name, size, composition), printed neck tags (eliminates scratchy woven labels), branded hang tags (cardboard with your logo and barcodes), sticker seals, and individual poly-bag packaging. Zero factory markings — every piece arrives ready for your customer. See private label options

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes. We produce a physical pre-production sample that you can touch, try on, and inspect. You verify the fit, fabric weight, print quality, color accuracy, and branding placement before any bulk cutting begins. Sampling takes 7–14 business days. Revisions are included. The sample fee is fully credited against your bulk order.
