What Is Jacquard Fabric?
Jacquard fabric is a textile with intricate patterns woven directly into its structure using a specialized jacquard loom. Unlike printed fabrics where the design sits on the surface, jacquard patterns are part of the fabric itself — created by individually controlling thousands of warp yarns during the weaving or knitting process.
We produce both jacquard knit (80% of our output — stretchy, comfortable, ideal for sportswear) and jacquard woven (structured, durable, for jackets and outerwear). Our computerized jacquard machines can handle patterns up to 2,400 needle positions, enabling complex geometric, floral, and custom logo designs.
Every jacquard batch undergoes pattern repeat accuracy checks, color consistency testing under D65 light, and dimensional stability verification before shipping.

Embroidery
The ideal companion to jacquard. Embroidery's raised texture complements jacquard's woven depth perfectly. Works on both solid and patterned areas — we recommend placing embroidery on the ground color for maximum contrast and clarity.
Screen Printing
Works well on the solid (non-patterned) sections of jacquard fabric. Not recommended over patterned areas — the texture interferes with ink coverage. Best for sponsor logos, numbers, or chest/back prints on the ground color zones.
Heat Transfer Labels
Perfect for size labels, care labels, and small brand marks on the inside neck, hem, or cuff. Heat transfers adhere well to jacquard's slightly textured surface and provide a clean, tagless finish that doesn't compete with the woven pattern.

Finish Treatment
Pre-shrink, bio-polish, anti-pilling, anti-microbial, or brushed back for added warmth and softness.
