Sublimation Sportswear Manufacturer — Unlimited Colors, All-Over Print
We manufacture custom sublimation jerseys, team kits, and sportswear with all-over printing directly into the fabric. No cracking, no peeling, no color limits. From our factory in Sialkot to your door — MOQ from 30 pieces.
What Is Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation is a heat-transfer process that turns solid ink into gas, permanently bonding the dye with polyester fabric fibers. The print becomes part of the fabric itself — not a layer sitting on top.
How the Process Works
Your design is printed onto special sublimation paper using CMYK inks. The printed paper is placed on polyester fabric and pressed at approximately 200°C (390°F) under high pressure. The solid ink converts directly to gas — skipping the liquid phase — and penetrates the fabric fibers. When cooled, the dye is permanently locked inside the fabric.
Why It Matters for Sportswear
Unlike screen printing or heat transfer vinyl — which sit on the surface and can crack, peel, or fade — sublimated prints cannot be felt by hand and will never crack, peel, or wash out. This makes it the gold standard for team jerseys, race kits, and any sportswear that gets washed frequently and worn hard.

Why Sublimation Is the Best Choice for Team Sportswear
Once you understand what sublimation can do, other printing methods feel limited.
Unlimited Colors
CMYK process printing means any color, gradient, or photographic element can be reproduced. No per-color fees, no screen setup charges — your design is only limited by your creativity.
All-Over Print
The entire garment surface can be printed — front, back, sleeves, collar, and side panels. No white margins or unprintable zones. The design wraps seamlessly around the body.
Will Never Crack or Peel
Since the dye bonds with the fabric at a molecular level, there is no surface layer to crack. The print survives hundreds of washes, stretching, and abrasion without degradation.
Zero Added Weight
Sublimation adds no physical layer to the fabric. The garment stays lightweight and breathable — critical for high-performance sportswear where every gram matters.
Color Consistency
Every piece in a batch matches. Unlike screen printing where color can shift between runs, sublimation produces consistent results across 30 pieces or 3,000.
Breathability Preserved
The print does not block fabric pores. Moisture-wicking properties are fully maintained — the fabric still pulls sweat away from the skin as intended.
Sublimation vs. Other Printing Methods
An honest comparison so you choose the right method for your product.
| Feature | Sublimation | Screen Printing | Heat Transfer | Embroidery |

Sublimation works only on light-colored polyester fabrics (minimum 65% polyester content). For dark garments or cotton-heavy blends, screen printing or heat transfer is recommended.
Polyester Fabrics for Sublimation
Sublimation requires polyester-rich fabrics. We stock fabrics specifically engineered for dye sublimation with consistent ink absorption.
Polyester Mesh
150–180 GSM. Open-weave structure for maximum airflow. Standard for football jerseys, basketball tanks, and running vests.
Polyester Interlock
180–220 GSM. Smooth double-knit surface with even ink absorption. Used for polo shirts, cricket uniforms, and training tops.
Stretch Polyester
Polyester-spandex blend (88/12). 4-way stretch for compression fit. Ideal for rash guards, base layers, and fitted sportswear.
Moisture-Wicking Knit
160–200 GSM with wicking finish. Pulls moisture from skin to surface. Standard for high-intensity training apparel and team jerseys.
Polyester Pique
200–240 GSM. Textured honeycomb weave. Classic look for cricket polos and rugby-style jerseys with a premium hand feel.
Recycled Polyester
Made from post-consumer PET bottles. Same sublimation performance as virgin polyester. For brands positioning around sustainability.
Brushed Inner Fleece
280–320 GSM polyester fleece with sublimation-compatible outer face. For sublimated hoodies, warm-up jackets, and winter training gear.
UPF 50+ Fabric
Lightweight polyester with built-in UV protection. Sun-blocking properties survive sublimation. Used for outdoor race kits and watersports.
Our Sublimation Manufacturing Process
From your design file to finished, packed, and shipped jerseys — here is each stage.
Design & File Preparation
Send your design in AI, PDF, PNG, or PSD format at 300 DPI. If you only have a concept or reference image, our design team creates production-ready artwork. We set up color profiles specifically for sublimation output.
Sublimation Paper Printing
Your design is printed onto large-format sublimation transfer paper using CMYK inks. We use calibrated wide-format printers for accurate color reproduction. A color proof can be shared for your approval before bulk printing.
Heat Transfer onto Fabric
The printed paper is placed on polyester fabric and pressed in a calendar heat press at approximately 200°C under pressure. The dye converts to gas and permanently bonds with the fabric fibers. This takes 45–60 seconds per panel.
Cutting & Sewing
Sublimated fabric panels are cut using precision cutting machines following your patterns. Panels are then stitched together — flatlock seams for performance wear, overlock for standard construction. Reinforcement at stress points.
Quality Check & Branding
Every garment passes an AQL 2.5 inspection — print quality, color accuracy, stitching, and measurements are checked. Custom labels, hang tags, and packaging are applied. Player names and numbers can be added at this stage.
Packing & International Shipping
Individually poly-bagged with your branding, then packed in export cartons. Full documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin. Air freight 5–7 days or sea freight 25–35 days.
Why Teams & Brands Choose Our Sublimation Factory
Sublimation quality depends on equipment, experience, and process control. Here is what sets our production apart.
In-House Sublimation — No Outsourcing
We own our sublimation printers, heat presses, cutting tables, and stitching lines. Your order never leaves our facility. No subcontracting to unknown workshops, no quality loss between stages.
Color Proof Before Production
We provide a digital or physical color proof of your sublimation print before committing to bulk. You verify team colors, logo placement, and design details. No surprises when the box arrives.
Low MOQ for Sublimation
Most sublimation factories require 100–500 piece minimums because of paper and setup costs. We start at 30 pieces per style so small clubs and new brands can access sublimation quality. See low MOQ details

Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers about our sublimation sportswear manufacturing.
What is sublimation printing on sportswear?
Sublimation is a printing process where heat turns solid dye into gas, which bonds directly with polyester fabric fibers. The result is a permanent, full-color print that becomes part of the fabric — it cannot crack, peel, or fade.
What is the MOQ for sublimation sportswear?
Our sublimation MOQ starts at 30 pieces per style, per color. You can order a complete size run with custom designs. There are no minimum color fees or setup charges for standard sublimation orders.
Can sublimation print unlimited colors?
Yes. Sublimation uses CMYK process printing, which means any number of colors, gradients, and photographic elements can be printed at no extra cost. There are no per-color charges unlike screen printing.
Does sublimation work on dark fabrics?
No. Sublimation only works on light-colored or white polyester fabrics. The dye is transparent, so it cannot produce visible results on dark backgrounds. For dark garments, screen printing or heat transfer is recommended.
Can I add player names and numbers to sublimation jerseys?
Yes. Names and numbers can be printed directly into the sublimation design as part of the all-over print, or applied separately using heat press vinyl for individual customization after production. Both methods are available.
How long does sublimation production take?
After sample approval, production takes 15–25 business days. Air freight adds 5–7 days and sea freight adds 25–35 days. The sublimation printing itself is typically completed within the first 3–5 days of production.
Do I need to provide a design file, or can you create one?
Either works. If you have a production-ready file (AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG at 300 DPI), send it directly. If you only have team colors, a logo, and reference images, our design team creates sublimation-ready artwork at no extra charge.
Can I combine sublimation with other branding methods?
Yes. Many teams use sublimation for the base design and add embroidery on the chest for a premium logo effect, or use rubber patches for 3D branding elements. Our private label service includes custom labels and packaging alongside sublimation printing.
