Embroidery

No other knit handles embroidery as well as piqué. We recommend 8,000–15,000 stitches for chest logos and always use a mid-weight cutaway backing to stabilize the double-knit structure during stitching.

Screen Printing
Works well on piqué for bold, solid-color designs — large block logos, sponsor names, and back-shoulder prints. The textured surface means very fine detail (thin lines, small text under 8pt) can be inconsistent. We use a slightly thicker ink deposit to bridge the texture valleys, which creates a more solid print but with a slightly heavier hand. Best for simple, high-impact graphics.
